Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Renvias, operated by CAMBIAR_RAZON_SOCIAL, you accept these terms and the Privacy notice. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you state that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Renvias receives the webhooks your platforms send to its receiving urls, stores them, forwards them to the addresses you configure, automatically retries failed deliveries and shows you what was received, its status and statistics. It also offers a key-based API and teamwork within workspaces.

3. Your account and workspaces

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account, your API keys and by the members you add to your workspaces.

4. Identifiers and third-party platforms

You may only register identifiers of accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with the terms of each platform (Meta, Telegram, Mercado Libre, Openpay and others). Renvias does not control what those platforms send nor their format or availability changes.

5. Credits, payments and fees

Credit top-ups are paid through Stripe and applied to your workspace once the payment is confirmed. Credits are non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise. Prices may change with prior notice.

6. Forwarding and retries

A delivery is considered successful when your address responds with a 2xx code. If it fails, Renvias retries it for a limited period; after that it is marked as failed and you can resend it manually. We do not guarantee delivery if your address is unavailable.

7. API and webhooks

API keys are confidential. The addresses (webhooks) you configure must be yours or authorized by you; you are responsible for their availability and for how the information they receive is used.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the platform to forward illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights, flood third-party addresses, impersonate other people or brands, or attempt to breach the security of the platform.

9. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is and depends on third parties such as the platforms that send the webhooks and Stripe. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

11. Intellectual property

Renvias, its brand and its software belong to CAMBIAR_RAZON_SOCIAL. The brands of the platforms mentioned belong to their owners. You keep the rights to your content.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page with their date. If you keep using the platform after a change, you accept it.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Ciudad de México. For questions write to [email protected].
